Primary Medical Indications

2. Adjuvant Risk Reduction: Prescribed post-surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation to lower the risk of cancer recurrence or development in the opposite breast.
3. High-Risk Prevention: Administered to individuals at high genetic or clinical risk of developing breast cancer to reduce overall incidence.
4. Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS): Prescribed following surgery to decrease the risk of invasive breast cancer progression.
5. Off-Label Gynecomastia & Fertility: Used off-label under medical guidance to manage painful male breast swelling (gynecomastia) or to induce ovulation in specific fertility protocols.
